Subject: [PATCH] dhki: Route umm-blaze to the TransFAIR input store

DKFZ TransFAIR fetches the DIC response Bundle (identifier DATAREQUEST_ID)
through umm-blaze, but that Bundle only exists in transfair-input-blaze.
The output store holds the unpacked resources with project pseudonyms.
