DKFZ TransFAIR stores the project pseudonym the UMM site assigns to a linked
patient in the DKFZ TTP. It needs that TTP's URL and an API key that may
edit patients: DKFZ_TTP_URL and DKFZ_TTP_ML_API_KEY, both required, and
DKFZ_PROJECT_ID_SYSTEM (default dhkiComId). Plain TTP_URL is not used, as
it would also start the DIC TransFAIR.
DKFZ TransFAIR fetches the DIC response Bundle (identifier DATAREQUEST_ID)
through umm-blaze, but that Bundle only exists in transfair-input-blaze.
The output store holds the unpacked resources with project pseudonyms.
